TRIBUNNEWS.IT – The captain of the Indonesian women’s volleyball team, Wilda Siti Nurfadilah Sugandi, acknowledged the superiority of the Thailand women’s volleyball team. You said that the white elephant country team was already at a different level from the red and white team.

The Indonesia women’s volleyball team was defeated 3-0 by the Thailand women’s volleyball team in their opening match of Group A at the 2023 SEA Games on Tuesday (9/5/2023).

The Indonesian volleyball heroes team lost in straight sets against Thailand with identical points, 25-16, 25-16 and 25-16.

Wilda said the players did their best.

Even though she lost, she was grateful that the women’s volleyball team was still able to give Thailand a stand.

“Today my friends are playing POI 16 constantly, because they are really in a different class than us, we have stamina, we are very grateful,” he said after the game.

From the results of this inaugural game, Wilda learned many lessons from the Thailand team, dubbed the queen of Southeast Asian volleyball.

“Today’s match was amazing, we learned a lot from them. They were great. This was the first match, so it was also quite tense. There were a lot of assessments, we even watched the video, we still need to be corrected by various things like passing, our blocks, there are still a lot of them,” he said.

“I’ve also made a lot of mistakes, I’ve done a lot of thorough evaluations,” Wilda said in a YouTube interview lifco Photography.

Now Alim Suseno’s side still have two games left in the group stage, namely meeting Malaysia and Myanmar.

In these two matches, Megawati cs must win if it is to qualify for the semi-finals and achieve its goals.
