TRIBUNNEWS.IT – Jakarta Bhayangkara Presisi head coach Jeff Jiang Jie admits that he is satisfied with the results of Farhan Halim and his friends who successfully progressed to the round of 16 of the 2023 AVC Men’s Club Volleyball Championship in Bahrain on Tuesday ( 16/5/2023).
Jakarta Bhayangkara Presisi entered the AVC Men’s Club Volleyball Quarterfinals with Group A winner status after defeating Incheon Korean Air Jumbos with a score of 3-1 (30-28, 25-17, 22-25 and 25-21) in the last game.
Jeff Jiang Jie’s team recorded 7 points in two wins and one loss. They occupy the top position in Group A table, followed by Korean Air Jumbos (6), Al Ahli (5) and Canberra Heat (0).

This means that Jakarta Bhayangkara Presisi, Korean Air Jumbos, Suntory Sunbirds and Bayankhongor VC are in the same group to determine the best two to advance to the semi-finals.
A separate achievement was achieved by Jakarta Bhayangkara Presisi. I am the only representative of the Southeast Asian team to reach the top 8.
For your information, there are two ASEAN teams competing in the 2023 AVC Men’s Club Volleyball Championship, namely Jakarta Bhayangkara Presisi (Indonesia) and Diamond Food (Thailand).
Unfortunately Diamon Foord, strengthened by Luis Perotto, failed to reach the top 8 after finishing the Group C stage in third place. They recorded three points in three games.
