In the night of the Grand Final for Puteri Indonesia 2023 which was held on Friday (19/5/2023), Farhana Nariswari managed to eliminate 44 finalists for Puteri Indonesia.
Farhana Nariswari was immediately crowned Red Borobudur by Miss Indonesia 2022, Laksmi De-Neefe Suardana.
By becoming Puteri Indonesia 2023, Farhana Nariswari will be sent to represent Indonesia at the Miss International 2023 event.

Meanwhile, the first runner up for Puteri Indonesia 2023 was won by East Java representative, Yasinta Aurellia.
Yasinta Aurellia is also entitled to Puteri Indonesia Lingkungan 2023 title and is sent to Miss Supranational 2023 event.
Finally, the runner up for Puteri Indonesia 2023 was won by a representative from Lampung, Lulu Zaharani Krisna Widodo.
Lulu Zaharani Krisna Widodo will also be crowned Miss Indonesia Tourism 2023.
At the world-class beauty pageant, Lulu Zaharani will represent Indonesia at the Miss Charm 2023 event.
